Order Processing & Production Time :

At Diamonds by UK, every piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Most orders are completed within 12–15 working days before shipping.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow plenty of time for production and delivery. Need it sooner? Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your timeline, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Free Express Shipping & Delivery Times :

Estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 1 working day
Europe: 2–5 working days
United States: 3–5 working days
Rest of the World: 5–8 working days

Change Of Delivery Address :

Need to change your delivery address? Please contact us before your order is dispatched, and we will be happy to update your shipping address.

Tracking Information :

Once your order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number via email. Customers can monitor the progress of their shipment using the provided tracking details.

Signature on Delivery :

For security purposes, all orders are shipped with a signature requirement upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may redirect your parcel to a nearby collection point through the courier's tracking portal.

Note: we do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Insurance & Taxes :

All orders are fully insured during transit. Customs duties depend on the destination country. For customers in the UK, there are no customs duties to pay. For other countries, a small customs charge may apply, typically ranging from £20 to £40; however, in many cases, there may be no customs duty at all. If any customs payment is required, our shipping partner will contact you directly with clear instructions before delivery to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Lost or Damaged Shipments :

If your parcel is confirmed as lost following an investigation by the courier after their investigation has been completed, we will promptly arrange either a replacement item or a full refund.

Cancellations :

If you change your mind about an order, please message us within 48 hours of placing the order. For cancellations requested after 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order amount will be charged.

Returns :

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item. When sending a return, please ensure that the jewellery is securely packaged and includes all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying documents received with the order. This helps protect the item during transit and allows us to process your return as quickly as possible.
