They went the extra mile to reassure me and keep me updated as they worked on the ring safe to say my Fiancé loves her ring, we even had to resize the ring, Riddhi and team made this so simple.

This shop will make your dreams come true! I have looked everywhere to find the ring of my dreams, but it was impossible to find at a decent price. I found Riddhis shop and consulted with her if she could make a custom ring, and they made the perfect ring just like I showed in pictures! The service provided my the team has been amazing! I asked Riddhi if she could make a couple of very minor alterations to this beautiful ring design and she was happy to do so. She replied to all of my questions and messages in good time and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. When the ring arrived it was exactly what I had wanted and matched the description and 3D designs that she sent to me. I cannot stop looking at it. The craftsmanship is stunning! Not only did they do an amazing job replicating the design – they made it even more beautiful than the original! The craftmanship of the ring is amazing, with clear attention to every little detail. This ring is very pretty and very shiny. The vendor worked very well with me to create a custom ring for my small finger by removing a few of the stones. It looks like it is made very well. It took about 14 days for it to be ready and I received it overnight when they shipped it. There is no need to spend a fortune on natural diamonds when there are beautiful lab grown diamonds like this to enjoy. The ring looks simply elegant and more expensive than it was.

Highly recommend Riddhi and her team to anyone who is on the fence, or even considering lab grown diamond based jewelry. The new Mrs. loved the ring that I ordered. The custom ring sizing (to Japanese sizing) done by Riddhi made sure the ring fit perfectly right out of the box, and the custom diamond sizing really accommodated the target taste and budget. The customer service really shone through, with much appreciated patience through the process, and rapid, thoughtful responses.

Wonderful experience all round. Riddhi was fantastic with her communication right from the start of the process until the ring had been delivered, answered all questions clearly with fast responses and provided all the assurance needed. Riddhi allowed the ring to be customised to a requested spec, with a very large choice of diamonds, metals, colours etc. The delivery of the ring from start to finish was very fast and arrived early, which was perfect. It came in lovely packaging and a nice ring box, as well as all the official diamond paperworm and certificate. The most beautiful ring. I must have been the most annoying customer with so many requests, changes and questions. I got the ring of my dreams. We had the ring independently verified, and the jeweller said that it was the most perfect set of diamonds she had ever seen.
