I placed a custom order with DiamondsbyUK for my engagement ring because I wanted to support a UK-based, women-led business and felt confident in the quality of their work from the many positive reviews. Riddhi was great, very patient and did multiple drafts of the design until I was happy, and was also very accommodating of the fact I had sourced my own diamond that would need to be set in the ring after I received it. She was also great at answering any questions or concerns I had promptly. I am very satisfied with my ring! It is high quality and the only minor issue was that one of the prongs was slightly out of line but I thought that this probably wouldn’t be a massive issue because I figured that the jeweller would remedy this when setting my diamond in the ring (which they did). I love my ring, it is stunning!

Getting this ring made was such a pleasant process! When I ordered I just thought a ring would turn up in a few weeks, but I got a custom service where they built the ring around my engagement rings measurements, and I was sent updates as it was created. Thank you so much Riddhi and Team. This ring is just beautiful, so incredibly delicate, perfect proportions and has plenty of sparkles due to its excellent cut! Also the little ring box it came in is so lovely, in elegant dark royal blue. I was curious how the engraving will turn out since the ring band is so thin and I absolutely adore the tiny font. The Team seems to be always available, responding fast and patiently. I felt very well supported and informed. I also was gifted free express shipping and the ring was delivered before the expected time frame. Although I got the 0.80 carat, I got a certificate (which is personalised and in a protective envelope). Everything about this order just felt very high quality. So happy!

I am obsessed with this ring. I literally screamed when I opened it for the first time because it was exactly what I was looking for! I was worried that there wouldn't be enough space under the main stone to lay flush against each other but Riddhi was so helpful and customized the ring to fit perfectly with my engagement ring dimensions. After looking at wedding bands for over 5 months, I can confidently say that their pricing is very reasonable especially considering the high quality. I proposed to my partner with this ring in New York with the intention that this would be a placeholder ring before we came back to buy the real ring, but she loves it SO much that it will be her main ring. It was perfect! They worked with me to make sure the measurements of the gap were perfect, and you can’t even tell that there’s a gap from the top. It stays and is flush with my engagement ring.
